This is a remote position.

We are looking for a good candidate in Devops(Siebel Admin + Automation Expertise(Bash/Python/Perl/Chef) Role who can perform CTMS 19.x application install, code migrations, Automations for implementing accelerators for daily routine tasks and to perform Production Support. In-depth knowledge & Understanding of Siebel Server Architecture.

  • Administration support across different clusters implementations i.e. Dev, Test, Prod etc. for HDP & upcoming CDP/CDH
  • Role assists clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of application packaged solutions
  • One has in-depth Siebel CRM consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client’s business environment in order to achieve client expected business results
  • Experience on Uses business knowledge and expertise on Siebel OM to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client s business environment in order to achieve client expected business results
  • Understand the functional and non-functional requirements in the solution and mentor the team with technological expertise and decisions Responsible for project support, support mentoring, and training for transition to the support team
  • Excellent knowledge in Siebel CRM SR flow and workflow manager
  • Effective and efficient Management of Siebel CRM operations
  • Drive Automation on Siebel SR monitoring good troubleshooting skills, and have understanding of system s capacity, bottlenecks, basics of memory, CPU, OS, storage and networks


  • Ability to work 24*7 to meet Business Requirements
  • Able to work independently, manage time and complete tasks within deadlines
  • Must have worked in a regulated requirement
  • Must Perform performance trend analysis and manage the server/network capacity
  • Propose client configuration and implement technical solutions to enhance and/or troubleshoot the system
  • Work with others to define, coordinate vendor purchase needs
  • Responsible for support documentation as well
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a computer related degree program or equivalent work experience
  • Must have minimum 7 years hands-on experience in Siebel CRM and OM Automation and/or Siebel OM Product Configuration of relevant work experience
