About The Job

We are looking to hire a highly organized, detail-oriented operations manager to support our product, engineering, and customer support teams. The ideal candidate should be able to successfully handle a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to verifying financial information and supporting our customers.

The ideal candidate should thrive working in a fast-paced, startup environment and be excited about our mission and potential. The ideal candidate should have outstanding time management skills, professional communication skills (verbal, written), attention to detail, and a strong sense of security and discretion. The person joining us must be comfortable in a remote work environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with our engineering and product teams in day-to-day strategic tasks and special projects.
  • Review and improve the quality of Airbase’s automated receipt capture and PO matching solutions by working closely with and providing regular feedback to the Product and Engineering teams.
  • Work with the people operations team to complete daily operational tasks and create processes to provide the best employee experience.
  • Help the recruiting team schedule interviews for hiring managers and assist with daily administrative tasks.
  • Manage a variety of other data entry tasks and special projects.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of operations/administrative support experience.
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Quick-learning self-starter who has great attention to detail, ability to recognize and prioritize critical issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Experience with Asana , Lever would be a plus.
  • Start-up and fintech experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work in US PST working hours (8am - 5pm).

We are a remote-first company and have team members across the globe. Our head office is in San Francisco, California, United States. The ideal candidate can work from anywhere, with at least 4 hours per working day aligned with US Central Standard Time (GMT -6) normal working hours.
