Operational Specialist:

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the operation of merchant management businesses, building merchant business operation systems and strategies.

2. Organize merchant business activities strategies, dig business needs to achieve continuous growth of businesses, formulate and carry out overall business operation plans.

3. Formulate operational goals with different situations, improve the activity of merchant communities through delicacy management skills.

4. Coordinate different team's members, Promote problem-solving in the work process in order to achieve operational goals.

5. Base on business development, industry understanding and analysis, provide optimized suggestions on the upgrade of product experience.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, Both English and Chinese are required as working languages, social talents are preferred.

2. Good event planning skills and merchant relationship management, responsible for community or other business operation projects are preferred.

3. Strong logical thinking ability, sensitive to data, excellent learning ability.

4. Natural team player, excellent communication and coordination skills to achieve project goals.
