An amazing opportunity to work with an iconic Australian business that specialises in the sales, servicing, hiring & maintenance of Material Handling Equipment Nationwide. We need an experienced, Work Allocator I Coordinator within the Materials Handling Industry.

Reporting to the General Manager and working with an assistant you will be responsible for managing the coordination of work for a team of 65 Technicians Nationally across Australia. You will manage to receive service requests from clients (major supermarkets in Australia) and to allocate work to the appropriate technician. This will require a working knowledge of Material Handling Equipment such as Goods Lifts, Forklifts, Hydraulic trolleys etc, and experience in managing a team of technicians.

National Allocator Duties

  • Allocating all service work Nationally to service technicians
  • Allocating work to Subcontractors.
  • Keeping team members and customers up to date.
  • Prepare and enter service jobs in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Report and log customer concerns or requirements in an appropriate and timely manner to minimize customer dissatisfaction.
  • Taking after hour call-outs over weekends, will also be shared with the Allocator assistant.
  • Managing and working closely with your assistant.
  • Adhere to the company's or organization’s financial policies and procedures
  • Recommending change or improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost reductions.


Key Selection Criteria

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Highly organized, process-oriented
  • Degree qualified (+), engineering, mechanical, technical ( beneficial )
  • Experience in Service Management/Supervision
  • Experience in managing a team of technicians
  • Experience in Back house Equipment for material handling, Forklifts, Goods lifts, Pallet trolleys, etc
  • Have a mechanical understanding of materials handling equipment.
  • Proven ability to understand maps and geographical locations in order to allocate service technicians
  • Sound knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations with equipment
  • Good understanding of fatigue management principles.
  • Proven ability to verbally assist, troubleshoot, problem solve and offer solutions to Service technicians & Customers, over the phone or video call.
  • Ability to work within time constraints whilst maintaining legal obligations.
  • Have competency in computer software (EXO and Microsoft Office).
  • Proven ability to understand maps and geographical locations in order to allocate service technicians



  • Monthly Salary: Php 25,000
  • Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 1st and 16th of each month
  • You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
  • Probation: 6 months and after Probation
  • 10 days annual leave credits
  • 5 days sick leave
  • 13th Month Pay
  • Laptop provided after 30 days
  • Permanent work from home role. You will have to use your own internet.
  • Shift times: 5:30AM – 2:30PM Manila time, Monday to Friday
