We are expanding our footprint in the ASEAN market to hire an in-country sales specialist in Vietnam responsible for developing & managing the entire sales cycle of all direct and indirect deals in Vietnam.
This role will be an exciting journey in developing sales strategies and executing all sales activities in Vietnam. Be the in-country pioneer to scale up UCS’s business by leveraging close cooperation with local distribution and service partner network, expanding the business of UCS, and building success in developing partnerships with corporate users. •To drive new air compressor sales business from new and existing enterprise targets in Vietnam;
•Leverage on your sales relationships with enterprises to connect at the CxO level;
•Identification, cultivation and formalisation of relationships with key partners and 3rd parties involved in the advising on and selling of air compressor solutions to enterprise organisations;
•Generate leads by scheduling and presenting in local seminars;
•Follow up on incoming leads, schedule and present in remote or onsite meetings;
•Present the catalogue, demonstrate the product’s capabilities and answer any technical questions (with engineer assistance);
•Work with channel partners to transfer knowledge and motivate their management and account executives; perform mutual marketing events;
•Managing weekly cadences with Distributors, Partners in the regions;
•Follow up continuously on all potential sales processes to advance them towards closing;
•Negotiate terms/pricing and close deals;
•Perform bi-weekly meetings with the territory distributors and professional services providers to assess the status of all existing accounts and to expedite the rollout and up-sale/cross-sale processes;
•Schedule remote or onsite product evaluations performed by the territory distributors.
•Qualification relates to Mechanics, Engineering, IT and Marketing;
•At least five years experience as an industrial equipment sales in Vietnam;
•Familiar and experience in selling large air compressor, industrial equipment, technical expertise is an added advantage;
•Experienced in working with channel partners has a good understanding of the partner landscape;
•Track record of success in identifying, cultivating and closing large deals of >$200k+ deals;
•Experience in adopting sales methodologies such as Facebook, Twitter, Zoom to conduct presentations and ‘cost-saving oriented’ educational seminars;
•Demonstrated ability to coordinate, navigate and motivate the range of internal and external influencers in enterprises to select and implement air compressor solutions;
•Ability to conduct technical presentations, as needed.
