Mobile Engineer - Flutter

Worq Health is an early-stage startup that is bringing the future of work to nurses. We are building a marketplace that seamlessly connects healthcare facilities with flexible nurses to fill open shifts. We are on a mission to help healthcare facilities tackle their staffing gaps, and empower nurses with the flexibility to decide their own schedules. Worq is founded by tech execs from Uber, Gojek & Alibaba, with experience building and launching marketplace products globally. 

We are looking for a Flutter mobile engineer to work with the CTO on the mobile applications that connect to our marketplace. This is an opportunity to make a huge impact at a health-tech startup.

What you will do:

  • Design, code, and debug applications
  • Review product requirements, provide feedback and contribute to project planning activities
  • Incorporate user feedback to improve software design and function
  • Contribute to and maintain engineering documentation
  • Develop unit test and module simulation strategies for software validation
  • Participate in build and test automation and other efficiency improvement initiatives

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or commensurate experience and education
  • Familiar with the dart programming language, familiar with various UI components and UI development
  • 2+ years of Android or iOS or ReactNative development experience
  • 2+ years of professional software development experience
  • Over 6 months of experience in Flutter
  • Experience with defect tracking tools
  • Experience with Git
  • Self-starter who can get things done with minimal direction
