We are on the hunt for a Marketing Project Manager. This is a client-facing role in the project management team base in Melbourne. You will be responsible for establishing and strengthening the relationship and business we have with our largest, global clients. You will also be responsible for building long-term relationships with clients and both internal and external stakeholders. Working on high worth, highly complex content partnerships, the Marketing Project Manager will deliver multiple creative projects and continually strive for better outcomes for both our clients and for MarketOne. They will be instrumental in driving MarketOne next level of growth, working as a key part of a cross-functional team, and alongside the Project Management Team.

You will need:

  • Stakeholder Management: On-going client satisfaction. Support the business to manage peer to client and client to client relationships (expectations, communications, negotiations, escalations, feedback (reporting), etc. Fostering a positive, productive and proactive relationship with production partners, collaborating to ensure all deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Campaign Budgeting: management of all campaign budgets and quotes, together with the profit analysis to support agency ROI analysis.
  • Campaign Management: End-to-end management, from briefing and strategy to creative and execution. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and exceed client expectations. Forecast and track key account metrics, providing clear reporting on progress to both internal and external stakeholders. Promoting the expansion of business with existing clients.

You will have:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience as an account manager/project manager,
  • An understanding of digital marketing in the B2B landscape,
  • Agency experience in professional-client relationship management working with medium and large companies
  • Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules
  • Polished communication skills both verbal and written
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Be outcomes-driven with a Growth Mindset
  • Marketing Automation experience, specifically Marketo or Eloqua, would be highly advantageous (but not essential)
