CoverMyMeds is seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented and energetic marketing manager who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll be an experienced healthcare marketing professional who supports the marketing efforts for our specialty solution, with a focus on sales support and program implementation support.

What You'll Do

Like most growing companies, the job content of all positions varies daily as everyone pitches in to get the job done. Nonetheless, we try to maintain clarity with respect to employees’ primary responsibilities.

  • Collaborate on and lead specialty business support for biopharma program marketing strategy and patient support services offerings, including collateral development and program sales support.
  • Drive marketing support for program implementation, hypercare and sales support as inputs into the overall specialty go-to-market plan.
  • Anticipate program and account team needs for prospect and client discussions based on internal feedback, sales insights and industry trends.
  • Participate in strategic discussions with internal stakeholders and clients to maintain awareness of program details, needs and launch timelines.
  • Partner with key internal stakeholders to understand program performance in order to develop brand value stories illustrating the effectiveness of our product.
  • Use in-depth product and industry knowledge to enhance the adoption and sales process through the preparation and distribution of content, sales materials and trainings.
  • Accountable for the execution of marketing initiatives, including client-specific materials, program communication campaigns and digital presence.
  • Assist in analyzing marketing and program data to measure performance and proactively recommend action to continuously improve ROI to help shape future marketing and program strategies.
  • Partner with creative team to prepare customized materials for sales and program support and manage agency relationship for any externally developed materials.
  • Thorough understanding of our business model and how industry trends may impact our efforts.
  • Manage a marketing budget, tracking awareness, perception, cost of customer acquisition and return on investment of marketing efforts.

About You

You have a record of achieving results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You are patient, adaptable, and flexible, and have a knack for understanding client needs and developing innovative solutions. You can shift easily between planning strategy and getting your hands dirty to see your plans through.

  • 8+ years marketing experience
  • Documented record of successful results in seeing projects through from strategy to execution
  • Experience interfacing with pharmaceutical brands and industry, with an understanding of the medical/regulatory review process and product launch timelines
  • Experience managing cross-functional relationships
  • Excellent attention to detail and highly organized with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Understanding of strategy and messaging with the ability to provide clear direction to support teams to effectively execute.
  • Capability to mobilize quickly and change direction as needed
  • Enthusiastic, self-starter with confident, high energy approach to business challenges and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Agency experience a plus
  • Full working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
