Manage and own insights and measurement roadmaps and plans with internal and/or external stakeholders.
Construct, develop, and execute insights generation or research initiatives in regular basis by either available resources or self conducted research.
Analyzing data or insights from available sea of information to determine market, industry, pricing, competition, and user trends regarding the Warung Pintar business ecosystem.
Build cross-functional partnerships to identify business enquiries, challenges, and opportunities.
Present findings, projections, and/or recommended actions based on generated insights.
Min. 4 years of consumers/users insight or market research experience in Tech/FMCG industry with most covering quantitative studies, such as Market Sizing, Pricing, Retail Audit, Segmentation, User Journey/Experience, Brand Health Tracking, etc.
A data driven storyteller who does not stop at numbers and graphs but is able to translate numbers into actionable business insights and recommendations.
Knowledgeable of research methodology, tools, and technique, specifically on quantitative studies.
Strong project management and planning skills in order to juggle with multiple tasks.
A persuasive skill to influence and captive a range of stakeholders from various disciples.
