About the position: As a Manager of the Account Management team in a fast-growing company, you will have responsibility for supporting APAC-based team members in our Account Management team as they support our customers in more than 187 countries. We need an experienced and strong Manager with the creative thinking to roll with the punches with a fast-growing company while supporting your team to meet the needs of our customers and continuing to make them love us. We are looking for someone with high energy and laser-like attention to details as well as the ability and inclination to roll up his or her sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the job done. This is an exciting opportunity to build a team and be the voice of the customer.

What you will do:

· Build, grow, and scale a new team comprised of Account Managers in APAC.

· Responsible for the ongoing management of the APAC-based Account Management team while providing guidance and support to other regions of Global Operations team.

· Lead and/or represent the voice of the customer in cross-department initiatives to enhance customer experience and successful engagement with our products and services.

· Act in the capacity of senior advisory to multiple fast-growing companies hiring globally and managing customer accounts.

· Negotiating with potential new customers and existing customers expanding into new countries.

· Successful service delivery – SLA achievement and high level of customer satisfaction. Establishing appropriate objectives for the customer experience and driving those objectives.

· Collaborating with senior management on customer account management and growth opportunities.

· Be the escalation point for customer inquiries and handle delicate situations.

· Work with other department leaders to understand key business metrics and ensure performance continues to be exceptional through customer support.

What we are looking for:

· BS/BA Degree or higher in International Business, Accounting, Law, HR, Finance, or other depending on other experience.

· 5-10 years working as an Account Manager with Customer Services/Customer Success experience

· 5+ years of leadership experience in a multi-tasking, fast-paced, deadline-oriented role.

· Previous experience building and maintaining a world-class experience for customers.

· High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations; position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.

· Strong experience with Zendesk and Salesforce; business analytical tools is a plus.

· Superb verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required.

· Strong understanding of finance and HR operations fundamentals in different locales.
