Being responsible for developing and maintaining market, focusing on corporate's products etc. tasks for both export and import activities, and playing as a Customer service representative to support corporate’s clients in all business projects for Vietnam and South East Asia market.
Import and Export:
Developing and maintaining customers.
Handle Import activities and extra export tasks for all corporate’s products.
Coordinate with regional manufacturers to send the sales forecast request and deployment business projects for Vietnam and SEA site.
Manage, control and evaluate contracts, orders, import and export shipment planning and documentation for the shipping processes.
Monitor shipments to ensure compliance with regulations.
Look for possibilities to reduce taxes.
Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of import and export.
Work closely with the Sales team to manage Sales orders, support clients from the delivery phase through to the after-sales service phase to ensure the assigned projects can run smoothly.
Directly work with clients to take care their needs, playing as a key contact point to help solve client’s feedback or complains about the corporate’s products.
Handle customer services reports.
Knowledge of fertilizer or petrochemical or chemical products is preferable.
At least having 05 years’ working experience in import export management (import is the main task) for a trading company.
Knowledge about import export documents, budget management, international trade and taxations,.
Great customer service spirit.
Good at communication and negotiation skills.
Great problem solving skills to create good solution for corporate and clients.
Fluent in English both verbal and written. Chinese speaking is a big plus.
