We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to manage our South East Asia recruiting team which covers Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam. 

You are skilled at leading a virtual team across a region while maintaining strong links to your regional colleagues. You could come from any industry (preferably within Financial Services) but must be forward thinking, have a passion for change and transformation. With a strong recruiting background that would include early careers, experienced hires; you will utilize effective and strategic sourcing techniques to find inclusive and diverse talents.

We develop talent attraction and sourcing strategies, manage our employment brand, develop recruiting tools, manage all assessment and selection processes and effectively close and onboard candidates - at both the university/early careers and experienced hire levels.

The Role 

  • Perform full cycle of the selection and hiring process which includes researching and sourcing of candidates from the various platforms and channels i.e. market mapping, manager or candidate referrals, and networking. 
  • Lead and manage a team of off-shore recruiters to ensure delivery of recruitment activities.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholders including business leadership, HR generalists, global recruitment colleagues etc. to ensure the utilization of a suite of sourcing strategies to hire diverse talents
  • To build internal talent pipelines to support current and future business needs; and talent attraction programs.
  • Work on ad hoc strategic and value-adding HR/TA projects when required
