JOIN US! We are excited to be recruiting this new role for a Junior Solution Coach for our team!


The Junior Solution Coach/Support is a local Thai & English speaking helpdesk role that provides important functional support to a major retail client relating to Symphony RetailAI's revenue growth and category planning solutions.

This is a stimulating role in which the job holder will have the opportunity to work with various solutions plus technical and operational cases that are raised via our Global CRM portal. You'll investigate the matters and ensure their timely and satisfactory resolution.

As the "first line of defense" users (at the client) will be reaching out to the Junior Solution Coach if they run into problem or have queries. The job holder will determine if the matter is a tool or training or data issue. Other activities will include user administration plus updating and creating training materials for classroom and online portal usage.

In addition to your day to day role, we will support your personal development plan so you can advance and develop your skills and knowledge to include classroom training and coach shadowing!


Reporting to the Customer Success Lead, you will:

  • Work with and support senior SRAI team members on Client specific assignments
  • Assist in solving Client related issues
  • Assist in advising on Client related projects to drive their business forward
  • Build relationships with our SRAI and Client teams in order to maintain communication


Candidates will:

  • Be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritise workload effectively, and thrive in a complex environment
  • Hold a qualification in Business Analysis and/or able to demonstrate 1-2 years of Client Servicing experience
  • Powerpoint and presentation skills
  • Have a logical and analytical approach to problem solving
  • Possess good verbal communication skills with the ability to convey thoughts and approaches clearly and concisely
  • Have an outgoing and engaging personality
  • Be fluent in Thai and English
  • Have a strong customer focus
