Open Position: Junior Company Secretary(Remote Working in Malaysia)

A Singapore-based Consulting Firm is hiring Company Secretary to work remotely in Malaysia. You will be providing company secretarial services to clients located in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • In charge of all company secretarial tasks such as providing, supporting, managing, and administering secretarial practices accordance with applicable law.
  • Ensure secretarial records, registers and statutory books are maintained properly
  • Prepare minutes of the meetings, board papers, circular resolutions.
  • Work closely with external clients including stakeholders, bankers, auditors and etc covering operations and business related matters
  • Organise and coordinate all the Board, Board Committees and shareholders meeting efficiently.
  • Having professional certification such as ICSA would be added advantage
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working remotely in Malaysia with support from Singapore office
