Silicon Valley Associates Recruitment is an IT recruitment in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Shenzhen, catering to companies and candidates in the IT and tech industry across the Asia Pacific. On one hand, we help companies find competent and suitable IT professionals to work in their corporate sphere. And on the other, we assist candidates in building their professional careers to enable them to find a suitable IT job in Hong Kong and Asia.
You will work with the Senior Consultant with the following tasks:
- Apply different Sourcing Channels to have new Candidates in your discipline to screen every day
- Call, screen, and get to know prospective Candidates
- Create a Profile on System (Name, Number, Time, Specialisations), attach notes and CV, update Stage in Job Process
- Match Candidates with regular incoming jobs from Companies
- Arrange interviews between suitable and interested Candidates and the Companies
- Prepare Candidates for Interviews by briefing them on the company and interviewer
- Debrief candidates after interviews, and arrange next steps
- Manage offers and placement of candidates
- Follow up during onboarding and probation to help and support the Candidate into the job
- Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Engineering or equivalent (Preferred)
- 1-2 years of working experience in Technical Recruitment, Phone-based, Sales/Customer-Service Related (Preferred)
- Self-disciplined, better at time management
- Good internet required, in a quiet working environment for frequent phone calls. This is a permanent work from home/remote work setting
- Can work on a Normal Day Working hours, no evening, or midnight shifts required.
- Ability to speak or read Chinese Mandarin (is an advantage)
