ZEGA is currently seeking an experienced IT Executive to implement and support the Company’s Digital Products and Business functions. Applicant should be a self-starter and an innovative person. An IT Executive will report directly to Head of Innovation.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify & resolve in-house IT related technical challenges/ issues
  • Handle change requests from business units including gathering, documenting, implementing and testing requirements
  • Support system roll outs from beginning to end to ensure smooth system implementation for new business initiatives and project documentation
  • Support in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) of the systems
  • Communicate and Coordinate with third party vendors and monitor their deliverables
  • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solution in time


  • A Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related fields
  • 2+ years' working experience in IT related fields with hands-on technical troubleshooting and automation practices
  • Experience in Microsoft PowerApps and other Automation Tools is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set and initiative team player with little guidance or supervision and ability to multi-task
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with middle management and colleagues
  • Fluency in verbal and written English and Myanmar languages
