Job Description:

As an intern in Favour Capital, you will have opportunities to work in a challenging and dynamic environment and get exposure to various ASEAN/China corporate finance deals, primary market fundraising in industries such as TMT, Consumer, Healthcare, and more.

• Assist in conducting TMT/Consumer industry and company research and analysis.

• Assist in preparation of materials for internal and external meetings (e.g. pitchbooks, presentation materials, teasers, etc).

• Assist in developing financial models, valuation (e.g. DCF, sensitivity analysis, comparable), and due diligence work.

• Acting as the liaison for the team and other parts of the Firm.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree from top university, Master/MBA degree is highly preferred

• Able to work for 4-5 days per week for minimum 3 months, longer is preferred, remote work arrangement is acceptable

• Fluent in English and Tagalog

• Self-drive, altruism, enthusiasm, creativity and excellent interpersonal skills

• Personal integrity, initiative and leadership qualities

• Robust financial and analytical skill set

• Strong quantitative and technical abilities

• Strong multi-tasking and time management skills

• Internship experience in investment banking, big four, buyside, consulting or corporate strategy department are highly preferred
