This is a remote position.
- Answer inbound phone calls with established service level objectives
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers by using the right methods/tools
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Transferring calls to the appropriate person/department when necessary
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Proficient verbal communication skills in English with native or neutral accent
- Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies
- Ability to work in a goal oriented environment
- BS degree in finance or a related field
