Job Detail

This is a remote position.

  • Answer inbound phone calls with established service level objectives
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers by using the right methods/tools
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Transferring calls to the appropriate person/department when necessary
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed


  • Proficient verbal communication skills in English with native or neutral accent
  • Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer satisfaction orientation and sales competencies
  • Ability to work in a goal oriented environment
  • BS degree in finance or a related field
