We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Specialist to join our team!
Job description:
- Handles end-to-end recruitment which includes sourcing, screening of resumes, scheduling of interviews and/or examinations, checking of requirements/assessments, maintaining of candidates database, providing recommendations for job offer and conducting background checks.
- Responsible for managing job postings in paid job ads, company website and thinks of creative ways to source for candidates such as use of social media and other sources.
- Assists new hires and existing employees, respond to inquiries on various HR related concerns, liases with different departments and other HR admin related tasks.
- Handles onboarding and off-boarding process.
- Assists in the preparation and implementation of company events for employee engagement efforts.
- Perform such other and job-related duties as assigned
Job qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related course
- Minimum of (2) years’ work experience in recruitment. Experience in HR related work is an advantage.
- Experience working in a BPO company is an advantage.
- Can work autonomously and work well with a team
- Must have his/her own work from home set-up (laptop/desktop & stable internet connection)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Can work independently and with minimum supervision
- A team player and works well under pressure
- Can start immediately
