About the role

Managing 35+ headcount for our expanding Malaysia business operations, this role covers employee relations, office administration and HR operational duties. Reporting into the HR shared service head in China and working alongside Singapore HQ HR operations, this is a role catered towards those who seek to build human and company culture whilst we conduct remote working, and help our employees excel in providing HR support on the ground.


  • Undertake vendor management, business trip management, employee engagement events (online and eventually offline), office facilities management (laptop delivery), office set up and management (in the medium term!)
  • Support employee cycle management (onboarding/ offboarding)
  • Manage and enhance employee benefits and research trends and improvements that need to be made
  • Adhere to Group policies, inform Singapore HQ on any adjustments required according to local regulations and standards.
  • Prepare employee data and analysis in a timely and accurate manner whilst staying up to date for changes in Group and business unit requirements.
  • Support day to day company and office operations for our businesses Advance AI, Atome and Ginee.


  • Start up mindset is imperative; energetic, self-motivated and having an ability to undertake research and initiative in making improvements and workflows happen and better over time
  • Able to adapt to changes and evolvement of operational needs due to different business initiatives
  • Start up, fintech or tech industry experience would be beneficial
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders
  • Comfortable in quick turnaround time on requests and reporting deadlines
  • Minimum 2 years of related working experience
  • Excellent English; verbal and written communication
