KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE (required demonstrable proficiency in a majority of the following areas):

1. IPv4 networking, troubleshooting, and network design concepts

2. Basic router and firewall technologies, including IP routing, NAT, and VPN

3. Microsoft enterprise ecosystem, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure / Microsoft 365, Office applications, and more

4. Server virtualization platforms, primary Microsoft Hyper-V

5. Common server functions (including DHCP and DNS) as well as Microsoft-specific server functions (including �Group Policy, Print Services, File Services and DFS, Remote Desktop Services, and IIS)

6. Enterprise email solutions, including Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Exchange

7. VoIP phone systems and voice services (including SIP, PRI, and others)

8. ISP and data services (including fiber, EoC, cable, T1, and MPLS)

9. Backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions

10. IP surveillance and access control technologies

11. IT security best practices and implementation methodologies

12. IT environment monitoring and management, scripting, and automation �


-Has computer with HD camera, i5 processor, and 8GB RAM

-with Noise cancelling headset

-at least 15mbps internet connection

-with at least 22 inches screen monitor


-At least 2yrs call center experience for Technical Support

-willing to work night shifts and weekends
