- Provide ongoing remote and technical support assistance to end users
- Respond to queries and address system and user issues in a timely and professional manner
- Walk the clients through the problem-solving process
- Document all aspects of delivery as it relates to the installation, configuration and service maintenance
- Deliver regular status updates of the tickets
- At least 2 years experience in relevant field handling Technical and IT Support and/or Helpdesk Support
- High capacity to multi task, analytical, troubleshooting/problem-solving skills
- Capability to resolve client's concerns remotely via email and phone support
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Highly organize and customer service oriented
- Working technical knowledge of Network Systems and/or Cloud Technologies
NICE TO HAVE
- Working technical knowledge of Network Systems and/or cloud technologies
- Technical certifications from Microsoft preferred but not required.
