Job Detail
  • Provide ongoing remote and technical support assistance to end users
  • Respond to queries and address system and user issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Walk the clients through the problem-solving process
  • Document all aspects of delivery as it relates to the installation, configuration and service maintenance
  • Deliver regular status updates of the tickets
  • At least 2 years experience in relevant field handling Technical and IT Support and/or Helpdesk Support
  • High capacity to multi task, analytical, troubleshooting/problem-solving skills
  • Capability to resolve client's concerns remotely via email and phone support
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly organize and customer service oriented
  • Working technical knowledge of Network Systems and/or Cloud Technologies


  • Working technical knowledge of Network Systems and/or cloud technologies
  • Technical certifications from Microsoft preferred but not required.
