CrewBloom is seeking a Growth Hacker with a proven track record of marketing, strategic planning, and successful alignment of marketing activities with sales. Part of your role is conceptualizing and implementing strategic plans to penetrate existing and new markets in order to drive applicant and client growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Direct and lead execution of the go-to-market strategy to support and successfully launch new or updated programs, campaigns, and sales plays across all channels. This is in order to gain more organic leads that will lead to more sales
  • Identifying, developing & optimizing growth channels to drive revenues growth
  • Managing paid search, social acquisition channels, and building out affiliate programs. Working through traditional marketing programs and campaigns
  • Testing incremental updates to impact the overall funnel
  • Lead with data, developing consistent, standardized, and reliable reports and dashboards representing pipeline and revenue performance
  • Drive the creation of core marketing content and tools needed to reach our clients, prospects, affiliates, and applicants with a consistent and relevant message
  • Ensure alignment of marketing activities with the overall sales and recruitment strategy
  • Connect with online media platforms and publications to promote CrewBloom’s brand globally.

Required Skills & Experience

  • At least 4 years of outstanding B2B marketing experience
  • Startup work experience is a must
  • Experience marketing for an outsourcing company is preferred
  • Proven success in driving pipeline and optimizing returns with partners
  • Experience designing and executing global marketing plans with partners
  • Demonstrated experience depth and passion for customer experience
  • Hands-on approach and grounded in execution
  • Experienced team leader and motivator who leads by example

  • At least 15mbps main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
  • A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 4 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
