With Fortune 500 firms as corporate customers and backing from one of the most prominent venture capital funds in the world, we’re growing fast and are looking for a hustler Graphic Designer who's aspirations are to build their career towards an Art Direction or Creative Director. You'll be the first of a new Creative team for Tigerhall. We're looking for creators who are not afraid to get their hands dirty, not only with creative strategy, but the end-to-end execution. Our team is small, so you'll have the opportunity to be at the very centre of making Tigerhall the next biggest global brand.


Your Role

Tigerhall's Graphic Designer embodies the swagger & confidence of a Tiger. We're looking for a fierceness to experiment, grow our brand vision across channels.


You'll be responsible for levelling up our Design System with the support from senior creators in-house. You'll lead design of materials for our Enterprise BD & Sales efforts, Social Channels and numerous ad hoc projects as we expand product offerings and awareness throughout the U.S.

The best thing about Tigerhall is that our product is digital content. You'll be able to get your hands on over 800+ Thinkfluencers and 1300+ pieces of content. You will also have direct access to work with our content team.


Key Success Indicators

  • Creation of an upgraded Design System
  • Design execution across: Sales Materials, Social Media, OOH, Website, PR materials, Digital Ads and more.
  • 360 Degree Campaign creation in US & APAC.
  • Stakeholder management between Marketing & other internal teams: UI/UX, Website, Content Team, Customer Success & Sales.
  • Creating Templates to scale production of repeatable elements
  • Coordination with freelancers


About You

  • 3+ years experience on cross channel design
  • Please provide a portfolio of design across online (priority) / offline channels
  • Lives and breathes art, design, film, music and current culture
  • Approachable, collaborative, results-oriented, problem-solver who can both provide and take direction well
  • Team player who appreciates and seeks the “it takes a village” approach to making great ideas happen
  • Excellent organisational, presentation and communication skills
  • Must be able to juggle several projects at one time. Truth talk: we move fast.
  • Deep proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc)
  • Understands how to concept ideas, make creative comps to communicate ideas, can set up a presentation deck and present to internal stakeholders.
  • Has a strong understanding of Typography.
  • Bonus hustle skills! What’s your extra skillset? After Effects, Retouching, Illustration etc.
  • Motion Design for social videos is a major plus
  • Risk taker who thrives on experimenting
  • Crazy personality is a plus – no one in Tigerhall is vanilla


Location: Our HQ is based in Singapore. However, we are open to flexible/ remote working from anywhere.
