Let's Talk About The Team And You

The Global Reward Analytics & Program Manager role will be part of our truly multidisciplinary team of reward experts and will report to the Director of Global Reward.

The role will be required to give insights to employees’ compensation, analyze potential cost impact, identify key turnover trends and design & implement dashboards that present data in a meaningful and actionable framework. He or she must aim to advance the use of complex analytical techniques and statistical thinking within Reward function and People Business Partners. As a Reward program manager, the role will be responsible for end-to-end governance, testing & implementation of data, system and processes, specific to our global reward programs.

The role encourages remote working. There may be some travel required (post-pandemic specific) and will require the individual to attend meetings (via zoom calls) catering to the different time zones.

Let’s Talk About Responsibilities

Reward Analytics

Assess & focus on enhancement of our current tools specific to benchmarking, compensation range, and compensation health scoreboard

Build analytical tools that can interpret internal pay parity, external market practices and pay trends across the various job families and geographies

Mine and analyse employees’ data to drive optimization and improvement in staffing and retention.

Provide operational support for Reward function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, budget/cost modelling, benchmarking and salary surveys

Work on various data reporting requirements from time-to-time.

Reward Program Manager

Responsible for end-to-end project management of bonus and compensation review program

Responsible for proactively engaging with various stakeholders and agree on timelines & dependencies’.

Works with people systems team on any new system enhancements, configuration updates and will drive system readiness for the reward programs, including end-to-end testing & system audits.

Let’s Talk About Qualifications And Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR analytics and/or program management role
  • Advanced excel skills is a must.
  • Bachelors Degree (4 year degree) in relevant discipline
  • Demonstrated ability to design & implement analytical solutions in large, complex organizations.
  • Strong analytical acumen, intellectual curiosity, creativity and solid communication skills.
  • Extensive experience in data visualization, data mining techniques and predictive analytics
  • Excellent consultative skills, understanding business needs and translating those needs to technical requirements.
  • Experience working on HR analytical projects
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to define and drive data governance and on-going system maintenance
  • Experience with HR data, HRMS/HRIS systems experience (Workday)
  • Strong technical expertise & ability to conduct advanced analytics using various analytic toolsets.

Preferred

  • Working knowledge of Workday or similar People system
