What are the key purposes of this role?

• Lead the global business intelligence & reporting agenda for the Service Logistics LLP organization                    
• Supported by Analysts, responsible for creating and presenting relevant global reporting of the performance of the network towards the customer and relevant internal stakeholders                    
• Drives standardization, continuous improvement and innovation in the reporting process in order to improve efficiencies, quality and customer experience, and explore outsourcing models to reduce cost levels for report generation                    
• Responsible for generating regional and country reporting where this has been outsourced to the reporting center of excellence following successful standardization                    
• Supports BPO's, Solution Design, Account Management and Regional Operations where needed by providing insights and supporting with analytics    

What experience are we looking for?

• In the role you will work with PowerBI as the analytics platform. Therefore proven experience and skills with analytics platforms such as PowerBI, Tableau etc is a must.
• Experience in logistics and supply chain as well as with operational and financial reporting will be very relevant for the role.
• As this is a global role working across various teams, ability to navigate in a complex environment and with a wide variety of stakeholders is important.
• Continuous improvement is at the heart of all we do, so a curious mindset and ability to lead change through others is critical to be successful.
