We are looking for an Global Back Office Supervisor in Eaton’s Corporate Business, based in FPIP, Tanauan, Batangas. The GBO Supervisor is responsible to manage a group of highly skilled HR Administrators, partner with the business to support business growth and support more complex processes, within the defined Service Level Agreement. He/she should be strategic and flexible with working in a fast-paced shared services environment, with excellent project and operations management skills to support new process deployments and business stabilization. He/she will leverage the talent of a team of professionals and manage the day-to-day activities to ensure successful delivery of services to our internal clients and contributing to the long-term development of HR Services organization.

Your essential responsibilities:

  • Implement the HR Services strategy for Global Back Office operations
  • Coach and lead managers of people on HRS best practices and align on the Global HRS strategy
  • Establish and work through business process improvement and continuous improvement events
  • Determine expansion strategies for the HR Services team and new service delivery approaches
  • Manage all work streams that fall under HR Services; including but not limited to:
  • TAC Services – Phone Screening
  • TAC Services – Sourcing
  • Early Talent Support
  • Global Req Creation
  • Engage with HR and stakeholders on issue escalations and negotiate solutions
  • Provide services to customers within the stated timelines in the service level agreements
  • Ensure all processes are documented and business continuity plans are in place
  • Drive innovation within a service-based environment
  • Other responsibilities and duties as assigned

If You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Human Resources or Operations leadership position
  • Must be willing work in graveyard shift (9:00 pm – 6:00 am), Mondays-Fridays

  • Significant experience with day-to-day application of policies and procedures
  • Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ethics, values, and the ability to influence and impact others’ decision making
  • Practical understanding of policy and program impact on the business
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, coach leaders and make decisions
