Full Stack Developer (Angular)

Vela Software is a global tech company builds, owns and operates exciting B2B software companies.

Vela Software is looking for a strong Front End Developer Engineer contractor based remotely to join a portfolio company building tech for the real estate / housing space.

Responsibilities

• Help us revamp our website and front-end systems
• Build the site to optimize for site performance, accessibility, best practices and SEO
• Build with ADA Compliance and accessible design
• Work closely with designer

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience in front-end development
• Excellent knowledge of HTML5/CSS3, a deep understanding of adaptive layouts creation for desktop and mobile browsers
• Core JavaScript, and Angular JS
• Strong knowledge of JQuery, Underscore/Lodash
• Experience with Accessible design and ADA Compliance
• Advanced English

Nice to have

• Scalable and modular architecture for CSS (BEM, SMACSS, OOCSS)
• Precompiled CSS (SASS, LESS, Stylus)
• Grid-systems: Susy, Bootstrap, etc.
• Experience working with JS build tools (e. g. Gulp/Grunt/Webpack)
• Experience in Git
