Freelance User Interface Designer

The key challenge of this role is to create easy-to-use and elegant design solutions for our direct selling business model. In other words, you will NOT be working on a typical eCommerce store app design. The successful candidate will work with the Communication & Design Department to implement UI designs for our mobile platforms. We are looking for someone proactive, creative, and passionate about e-Commerce and UI Design.

Responsibilities

• Solve challenging UI problems in creative ways.
• Design graphics for screens.
• Create wireframes and design layouts.
• Contribute to the design process by identifying potential issues and risks.
• Work with Developers to shape the User Experience of the NPSG Online Store Mobile App.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as UI designer or similar role.
• MUST have a portfolio that showcases your skills in UI design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Familiar with design tools such as Adobe XD, Photoshop, Figma or Sketch to create high-quality designs.
• A problem-solving and proactive attitude toward UX issues.
• Understand the need for brand consistency.
• Can think from the customers’ perspective.

Nice to haves

• App development experience in Flutter.
