Position Summary

As a Senior Business Development, you will help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will be dedicated to developing and implementing a successful sales strategy.

On the other side, you'll seek for new business prospects in order to increase revenue, increase profitability, and assist the company in expanding. The objective is to achieve long-term financial growth through increasing revenue and building great client connections.


  • Responsible for delivering assigned sales targets;
  • Build your own sales plan and list of potential clients, including quarterly and monthly sales plans;
  • Other tasks according to assignment from the person to whom you directly report.


  • Have experience in sales;
  • Have a large, solid client base, particularly in the FMCG industry;
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, persuasion, analytical and management skills;
  • Driven, self-motivated, can-do attitude, bring optimism and positive energy to the team;
  • Willing to learn and challenge yourself to step out of comfort zone;
  • Digital marketing experience is preferred.
