  • Working closely with Digital & Strategic Marketing Officer for creating product artwork and product brochures and promo materials.
  • To support necessary data about market data and relevant farmer testimonial video clips, field photos for digital marketing content purpose on social media overalls.
  • Increase the UPL page's effectiveness through page facilities (Auto reply message, pool, specific inquiries etc.), reply to farmers inquiries about the products, especially for field problems.
  • To accommodate company group to support farmers in social media with relevant posting (products, news, climate & weather, highlight of various innovative products, farming knowledges and/or techniques aligned to Global UPL Projects, quiz’s, etc.)
  • To support market data for the initiation of creating a mobile application together with Digital & Strategic Marketing Officer regarding digital transformation (include applying QR codes).
  • Conduct relevant knowledge sharing and training sessions to regional sales & marketing teams for Product knowledge, UPL Global’s initiatives as per necessity.
  • Prepare relevant presentations and necessary training tools for Farmer/Dealer/Sub-dealer meetings to conduct the Webinars and/ or MS Team meeting for supporting product information regarding with Q&A sessions.
  • Monitor and control the efficiency and effectiveness of Demonstration plots in each region and work together with regional teams.
  • Organize sample request from the regions and work together with NMM to arrange the samples.
  • To visit the regions occasionally and/ or work closely with field Team and farmers to monitoring the field Teams' activities and analyses the effectiveness of activities and work together with NMM
  • Work together with PD Team for Techno commercial demonstration (idea demo) for the regions.
  • Any additional and/or expanded responsibilities as per required.
