The Managing Director of one of Perth's top recruitment service providers is looking for a rockstar Executive Assistant to help him keep track of important details as he functions through his many roles, which includes owning a beer tours company and functioning as the president of a football club.
- Create lists of candidateson Zoho Recruit -- tagging them, checking status and make the database accurate
- Clean client lists on Zoho Recruit, find references on CV’s and make them contacts. Divided lists into commodity and seniority
- Email Marketing using Zoho's automated email software. Understand the campaign system and maximize touchpoints (10-15)
- Social media management for the company. Share jobs through social media platforms and manage groups.
- Email / calendar management - Manage incoming emails and book candidate interviews
- Book tours, including booking venues a guide and rental vehicle
- Weekly magazine done through Google drive
- Possible registration administration done through website
- Email Marketing to sponsors
- Must have worked as a remote Executive Assistant to business owners
- Experience in Zoho Recruit - database management, candidate tagging and client list building
- Must be knowledgeable in Google features including Gdrive
- Must be experienced in calendar management across different platforms
- Must be organized and systematic
