This is a remote position.
The Executive Assistant will support a US-based client and will start working part-time, with an opportunity to go fulltime.
Working hours will be Monday to Friday 11am to 3pm CST / Tuesday to Saturday 12am to 4am MLA
- Make calls to invite people to events that I attend
- Create lists of businesses by category for sales people to call
- Call and confirm someone received an email
- Collect reports from employees and verify they are filled out
- Assist with scheduling appointments
- Write emails
- Post Ads using a web form
- Use Zoho CRM Survey to send out surveys to a list
- Create Gift Certificates for Printer
- Send and Respond to LinkedIn Messages
Requirements
- At least 5 years as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
- Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
- Neutral speaking accent
- CRM- Zoho
Work From Home Requirements
- At least 10mbps internet connection
- Back up internet connection, postpaid or prepaid
- Laptop or Desktop with updated operating systems (at least core i5 or higher)
- Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher)
- Headset with mic
- No background noise during work hours
- Must not be currently employed full time
