Role Summary:
The Engagement Manager manages the Consultant Team in the overall direction and completion of an assigned SG Hub Project through the timely and effective delivery of the prescribed project services, perform professional client and stakeholder interactions, and provide feedback to the SG Hub Business Development Team and HR for alignment
Responsibilities:
● Plan and manage the overall direction of the assigned Project
● Supervise the performance of the Project Team ( up to 5 Consultants)
● Review and enhance Team output; Analysis, Process, Data, Presentations and others
● Plan and organize team and client meetings
● Lead client and stakeholder interactions to support the project
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
● 2 years of work experience, or 1 year in consulting(outstanding candidates with less experience may be considered)
● Able to commit 5 hours of work per week and 1 weekly team meeting for project duration of 3 months
● Supervisory experience is preferred but not required
