Job Detail

This is a remote position.

Call Quality

  • Compliance and Quality Monitoring of all Sales interactions
  • Achievement of calibration standards with compliance manager
  • Publishing of quality trends, feedback and improvement / enhancement reports
  • Conduct quality monitoring, provide appropriate feedback to support sales coaching
  • Produce Quality reports and dashboards weekly, monthly
  • Drive process improvement and ensure process compliance
  • Contribute to the development of the short- and long-term goals of the process
  • Ensure quality, NPS and CSAT targets are met at all times
  • Drive first call resolution and quality initiatives in the program

Customer Support

  • Make welcome calls to 10% of new customers to support loyalty and retention
  • Answer product and service questions
  • Handle customer enquiries and follow-up complaints to support CSAT, NPS
  • Keep records of customer interactions

Admin

Requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Proven work experience in a sales administration or sales support environment
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Fully conversant with MS Office – especially Excel
  • Understanding of sales reporting metrics and ability to generate regular reports as required
  • Strong process-focus with the ability to proactively advise on improvements
  • Ability to evaluate processes and make improvement suggestions
  • A prior knowledge of finance including purchasing, invoicing and cash management
  • Experience with Agility, Orion platforms (+)
  • COPC, Quality Management, Six Sigma (highly regarded)
  • Proven ability to deliver improved quality outcomes

Benefits:

  • Monthly Salary: Php 25,000
  • Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on 1st and 16th of each month
  • You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
  • Probation: 6 months and after Probation
  • 10 days annual leave credits
  • 5 days sick leave
  • 13th Month Pay
  • Laptop provided after 30 days
  • Permanent work from home role. You will have to use your own internet.
  • Shift times: 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM Manila time, Monday to Friday
