  • As an Employer Branding Specialist, you will join our Global Employer Branding team and work in a dynamic, challenging environment in association with a multicultural team.
  • This position calls for excellence in all forms of communication, creativity, and relationship management. Teamwork and cross-discipline collaboration are essential.
  • The ideal candidate for this role will be interested in working on executing employer branding strategies for Singapore (experience in other APAC countries is a big plus), knowledgeable and passionate, and have great planning and interpersonal skills. Being adaptable and having a drive to meet deadlines, targets, and budgets is crucial for this role.


  • - Plan the overall employer branding and communication strategy in association with local country and city managers and participate in defining comprehensive development plans for the company for the short and medium terms
  • - Analyze brand equity and propose strategic evolution initiatives to augment the company's positive image while increasing brand awareness and supporting Employer Branding activities
  • - Ensure the effectiveness of Employer Branding activities based on shared KPIs with the recruitment organization
  • - Produce reports to monitor the results of external Employer Branding activities
  • - Supervise and follow up on the EB budget allocated to the region and monitor the successive update and revision phases
  • - Execute marketing, media, and communication campaigns in the local region following the global standards
  • - Cooperate with business partners (marketing agencies, graphic designers)
  • - Collaborate with other company departments for campaign planning and implementation
  • - Manage internal and external relations and campaigns
  • - Oversee collateral creation and undertake competition analysis
  • - Plan and organize events and conferences
  • - Process internal documents
  • - Create content for social media including our internal portal

Mandatory Skills Description:

  • • 1-3 years of experience as a marketing specialist, ideally in the IT / outsourcing industry
  • • In depth knowledge of the local culture and market (experience in other APAC countries is a big plus)
  • • Knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts
  • • Previous experience in boosting brand awareness and fast-paced positioning
  • • Ability to confidently give presentations to global technical and marketing-focused audiences
  • • Excellent verbal and written communication (including copywriting) as well as public speaking skills
  • • Attention to detail, project and time management skills, with the ability to multitask, are spot on
  • • Bachelor's degree
  • • Very good English - enough of a command to draft press releases
  • • Enterprising, open, ambitious, proactive, positive thinker, willing to go beyond the standard duties and grow professionally

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • - Able to understand business goals and transform them into marketing strategy and tactics
  • - Good team player with the ability to work independently
  • - Experience with graphic programs such as Photoshop is an advantage
