About The Company

Our client is a Series A funded Indonesian online group buying platform that helps people connect with like minded people who want to buy the same item/product at a discounted price. The team is spread across India and Indonesia, and is led by experienced founders who have founded, setup, scaled and exited businesses across India and Indonesia. They have raised our first round of funding, and are growing extremely fast.

Job Descriptions

  • Take ownership of entire charter (e.g. Acquisition, Retention, Engagement, etc) and drive improvements in products across product lifecycle to hit desired business goal
  • Develop product strategy and roadmap for assigned charter to hit business goals as per roadmap
  • Act with rational and data driven approach based on first principles thinking and mentor junior team members
  • Run experiments and analyze data in depth to identify opportunities in consumer behaviour patterns for launching and iterating on products
  • Run research campaigns through all available channels to uncover consumer psychology behind observed behaviors and incorporate those insights into product execution
  • Execute with hypothesis driven approach and iterate constantly with all available data and research inputs to build successful products
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders (Marketing, Engineering, UX, UI, Operations, Support) and drive high impact and scalable products leading to high customer delight with minimum operational overheads
  • Drive timely and seamless feature rollouts & experiments
  • Own, track and improve key product & business metrics

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of product management experience
  • Bias towards action and high level of comfort in analyzing consumer behaviour data and driving consumer research
  • First principles approach, clear and rational thinking, and data driven approach towards execution
  • Previous experience in any B2C business (preferably in e-commerce, but not mandatorily in e-commerce)
  • Undergraduate degree in math, science, or engineering from a reputed college
  • Can converse comfortably in English language
