Global Director, BizDev & Investor Relations  

Okay, we want a superstar sales executive!  

Live and Work Anywhere – 100% remote. Potential equity and profit sharing.  

Hit target and make $150K or more in the first year. However, there is no cap on commission, so makes as much as you are able.   

Dragon’s Vault (DV) and its portfolio companies are looking to transform the global financial landscape, we want to make everyone wealthier. As a result, we are looking for a solid, performance driven sales executive to fill the role of Global Director of Business Development and Investor Relations.  

First and foremost, call the position whatever you want, we need a superstar sales executive, and if that is you, you can write your own ticket. No caps on commissions. If you can close it, you have earned it. We believe performance-based incentives, as such our philosophy in this role, should be the highest paid position in the organization, and we are doing all we can to properly incentives to that end. 

Additionally, depending on the experience and capacity, or investment appetite, the right candidate will be considered for a partnership/ equity role within DV, or within one of its portfolio companies.  


About The Role & Responsibilities 

We will be asking a lot, so we will expect to compensate a lot.  

This role is perfect for you if you have strong entrepreneurial and startup moxie, you are an excellent sales hunter, excellent relationship building, strong closer, account management, in software, technology, particularly in DeFi, Venture Capital, Investments, Digital Assets, Mergers and Acquisitions, and especially in FinTech within the Crypto and Blockchain markets.  

Compensation considerations 

On Target 1st year total compensation: $150K 

This role should make more money than anyone else within the organizations. We compensate in cryptocurrencies, including our own, which creates a bonus to any success.  

Targeted sales –  

Closing LPs (raising money for DV) 10% commission - Target $500K 

Cryptium sales - Target $500K commission 10% (7% crypto/ 3% Cryptium)  

Liquidity Pools Providers - $500K commission 10%  

Required Qualifications  

Degrees are overrated, just have the experience and the abilities with the below:  

  • Crypto, Blockchain, DeFi, and FinTech Enthusiast with basic understanding and/or willingness to learn.  
  • International Sales experience   
  • Managing a Sales Pipeline 
  • Prospect your own leads 
  • Financial product sales 
  • Legal Understanding of Public Markets 
  • An excellent storyteller 
  • No BS, just results, does not have to be high pressure selling, just selling with results 
  • Excel proficiency and exceptional organizational skills 
  • Strong attention to details, go-getter attitude, and ambition  
  • Comfortable communicating with senior-level executives and external investors 
  • Willingness to work flexible hours (We are a global team from Singapore, India, Canada, US and growing) 
  • Work from a home office 
  • Ability to work in a startup environment 

Not Required Qualifications:  

  • Raising capital and working with Limited Partners for investment funds  
  • Prior experience in crypto currency/digital assets and/or strong interest in blockchain/DEFI and crypto currency 
  • A working understanding of centralized exchanges, decentralized exchanges, lending, staking, and derivatives
