Dragon’s Vault (DV) and its portfolio companies are looking to transform the global financial landscape, we want to make everyone wealthier. We want to disrupt the traditional centralized way and provide decentralized financial freedom. We have big dreams and big ambitions, and we realize we can only do this as a team.
As a result, we are looking for a solid, performance driven sales executive to fill the role of Global Director of Business Development and Investor Relations.
First and foremost, call the position whatever you want, we need a superstar sales executive, and if that is you, you can write your own ticket. No caps on commissions. If you can close it, you have earned it. We believe performance-based incentives, as such our philosophy in this role, should be the highest paid position in the organization, and we are doing all we can to properly incentives to that end.
Additionally, depending on the experience and capacity, or investment appetite, the right candidate will be considered for a partnership/ equity role within DV, or within one of its portfolio companies.
About The Role & Responsibilities
We will be asking a lot, so we will expect to compensate a lot.
This role is perfect for you if you have strong entrepreneurial and startup moxie, you are an excellent sales hunter, excellent relationship building, strong closer, account management, in software, technology, particularly in DeFi, Venture Capital, Investments, Digital Assets, Mergers and Acquisitions, and especially in FinTech within the Crypto and Blockchain markets.
Compensation considerations
On Target 1st year total compensation: $150K
This role should make more money than anyone else within the organizations. We compensate in cryptocurrencies, including our own, which creates a bonus to any success.
Targeted sales –
Closing LPs (raising money for DV) 10% commission - Target $500K
Cryptium sales - Target $500K commission 10% (7% crypto/ 3% Cryptium)
Liquidity Pools Providers - $500K commission 10%
