About WalkMe:

WalkMe ( is a digital adoption platform, focused on making systems adapt to users rather than the other way around. It provides guidance and support for users at the time of need –driving user onboarding, new system deployment, training, and enablement for an organization’s internal applications (CRM’s, HRM/HCM’s, ERP’s), external portals, or SaaS vendor applications, as well as reporting on usage by user, group, process and more.

Working Hours: Full-time, business hours

Location: North America

Primary Location: Work from home

Secondary locations: WalkMe office(s)and client sites

About your Role at GuideMe:

Your responsibilities include:

  • Learn and become highly proficient in the WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform  
  • Support Head of Ops & management team on other management work 
  • Directly engage, consult, and support projects with our clients 
  • Work on Pre-Sales to Pos-Sales Transactions
  • Understand and map business processes for improvement
  • Monthly reporting on utilization
  • Document and Design SOP's

Successful Candidate Key Competencies:

Minimum to be considered for the role:

  • Create and manage high-converting digital marketing campaigns to help raise awareness, build GuideMe brand, generate leads, and develop a stronger pipeline.
  • Create and execute SEO and social media campaigns
  • Accomplish and coordinate SEO content projects effectively and accurately to writers, designers, and different stakeholders.
  • Manages content requirements for landing pages and ensure that all our organic platforms get the attention they need for timely landing page launches.
  • Content Planning & Development
  • Content Calendar Plotting & Publishing
  • Planning, strategy and execution of Digital Media Buying
  • Execute A/B Testing on social media and digital ads
  • Set up paid ads on Google, Linkedin, Facebook
  • Analyze and optimize paid campaigns, ads, landing pages
  • Create website link analysis, market research competitor link analysis to check for possible opportunities
  • Conducting Keyword Research & Keyword Mapping, Technical audits, Backlink Analysis
  • Provide analytical reporting of social media and digital campaigns
  • Create holistic social media and website reports by analyzing data and providing recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to move the funnel and achieve business goals.
  • Must be willing to work US Hours

Successful Candidate Personal Qualities and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field is required.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • At least two years of experience with social media, social listening, and SEO platforms is required (WordPress, Facebook Insights, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google AdWords)
  • Experience leading and managing social media, SEO/SEM, paid social media, direct email marketing, and online community management is required.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and collaborative skills
  • Understanding and work experience in content writing, content marketing, and SEO keyword research range from basic to intermediate.
  • Excellent command of the English language - technically sound with a flair for either structured or creative writing styles
  • A strong track record of writing web content is preferred but not required.
