- You will begin a 1-week programme with trainings and activities led by our training I/C. You will familiarise yourself with our company’s SOP. You will be able to identify your personal goals and discover how your journey with us can help you achieve them.
- Following your induction, you will be part of a 3-6 months job rotation into 2 of our core departments: Market Acquisition and Advertising. Not only will you become highly competent in acquiring customers locally and internationally, but you will also become a high-performance marketer being proficient in helping customers achieve higher profit margins with your strategies.
- At the end of your 3-6 months rotation, you can decide to specialise in either of these departments. You will also be assigned to take on new responsibilities or projects as you continue your career with us.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Develop business strategies and initiatives to drive the overall business performance through market research and planning.
- Source for new partnership opportunities and market our lead generation services to potential clients.
- Manage and coordinate the workflow between a sales and advertising team in the opening of accounts to the delivery of services.
- Monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members and respond to queries from clients.
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers and successfully create new streams of income from new and existing customer accounts.
