Job Detail

The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across multiple marketing channels and platforms.

This is a key role involved in identifying the most effective ways of building our company’s online presence to fill up the sales pipeline for the least amount of resources.

Accountabilities

  • Planning and executing all digital marketing (web, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing) and relevant advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads
  • Managing marketing distribution on social channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter)
  • Taking the lead in creating compelling narratives and technically sound content with our email marketing strategies and successes
  • Creating content for thought leadership events (e.g. webinars)
  • Producing direct-to-response copy to up-sell the company’s products and services
  • Liaising with Graphic/Creative Designers and Copywriters in coming up with engaging and effective social media, email campaigns and Marketing collaterals
  • Planning, creating, and implementing Social Media content calendar for both social media pages and eCommerce Email Lab FB Group; scheduling social media posts using Hootsuite
  • Researching and analyzing social media trends within the eCommerce niches to identify creative opportunities and possible content gaps
  • Interacting with the audience, answering questions, and moderating comments
  • Providing audience insights and recommendations to sustain and improve audience engagement and satisfaction
  • Tracking results from all implemented strategies (e.g. social media and email marketing) and reporting on performance analytics
  • Creating landing pages and optimizing website structure, content, and overall user experience
  • CRM Management - building, managing, and monitoring Hubspot workflows to ensure effective and bug-free setup and to push leads down the funnel
  • Upgrading our email templates using graphics, personalization, and advanced features
  • Implementing strategic list segmentation based on the contacts’ behavior, conversion source, and funnel location
  • Analyzing campaign performance and suggesting improvements
  • Strategizing and setting up effective website pop-ups to grow our email list
  • Leading and working with the Sales Team in launching relevant marketing projects

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related fields
  • At least 2 years experience in Digital Marketing
  • Proven working experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
  • Basic knowledge with the B2B and eCommerce Industry
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts especially in Email Marketing and Social Media Marketing
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools
  • Content and creative writing skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Effective collaboration skills
