Job Detail

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant based in the Mega Manila area with at least 2 years of experience for a 1-month contract (remote work). The person is required to work 40 hours per week (during office hours). The contract may be extended to 3 or 6 months after the first month. After this probationary period, there is an opportunity for a full-time employment.

Job Description


·       Support the digital marketing/e-commerce team of clients of our agency. See below for specific tasks.


·       Coordinates the content development of the various projects on e-commerce based on the CRISP framework, liaises with various departments (i.e. creatives and e-commerce retailers), and ensures all tasks on creatives are done according to the laid down principles, best practices, and timelines of the e-business team

·       Responsible for implementing and optimizing all paid media activities in e-commerce

Digital & Media

·        Support the digital and media lead with the administrative requirements to ensure functionality of marketing-related activities ranging from:

Media Proposals

·        Assists the digital and media lead in following through/managing the submission of media proposals, media scorecards, VMS, and ad creatives to ensure campaigns are on track with the target deadlines and launches; helps follow through submission of reports

Media Billing

·        Consolidate the media invoices from media agency partner and vendors such as Facebook and Google and liaise with them on a regular basis to address any issues etc

·        Manages and updates the PRPO and invoice monitoring files of the marketing team

Analytics & Reporting

·        They will be given access to the various analytics and reporting tools such as the Marketing Solutions Portal on eCommerce, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads and Analytics, etc to generate campaign reports, conduct competitive market research and consolidate these into one (1) reporting dashboard to be utilized by the media and marketing teams, based on the following:

·        Awareness

·        Gather information on competitive activities on social, search, video (YouTube), display (programmatic), content (articles), and influencer promotion – including placement targeting – and consolidating them in a report

·        E-Commerce – gather information on competitive placements:

·        Search

·        Display (sponsored affiliate and other marketing display)

·        SIS and PDP Updates


·        2-year experience in e-commerce, social media advertising and other forms of digital marketing

·        Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business, or related field

·        Possess great knowledge and skills in MS Office, PowerPoint, and excel spreadsheet

·        Possess great communications skills and love of technology, data and marketing

·        Has knowledge and skills in using Photoshop

·        Understands digital marketing fundamentals

·        Ability to multi-task, follow instructions, and work independently on tasks

·        A pro-active team player, good planner and can manage multiple tasks well

·        With experience in brand or agency work
