Job Description

As a digital and campaign marketing manager, your role is to drive quarterly marketing campaigns aligned to product, sales, and business priorities - centred on inbound with a digital-first mindset. More specifically, you'll get to:

  • Develop the integrated omnichannel marketing campaign with the right mix of marketing resources (ie. landing pages, messaging playbooks, digital ads, etc.)
  • Work with internal teams (eg. PR, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales Support, Product) to prepare and launch the plan
  • Communicate the campaign plan and road map to relevant business unit and sales leaders
  • Ensure all frontliners (eg. Sales, Telesales, DB Marketing, Customer service etc.) are trained to handle all inquiries and leads management processes
  • Provide performance report and analysis to the business leader

The Ideal Candidate Is a Driven Self-starter With Proven Ability To Assume End-to-end Function, With Grit And Proactiveness To Initiate And Complete Tasks

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing and managing performance marketing and demand generation campaigns
  • Experience in developing integrated campaign to drive lead acquisition in large volume
  • High competency in digital marketing, inbound and outbound sales campaigns
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills
  • Familiar with campaign execution and reporting
