We’re looking for the best and brightest minds to apply their stellar problem-solving skills to a variety of problems. You don’t need to be an expert in any particular field, but you must be willing to dig deep and develop knowledge quickly. Your training will be broad - across every functional domain within a multinational software conglomerate. You’ll dive into mergers & acquisitions, finance, hiring, operations, and more. You will interact with senior leaders across the organization and have a chance to try your hand at every major function.

Because you’re experiencing a wide range of challenges, you’ll gain valuable knowledge and skills that you can apply to new situations throughout your career. This role is a springboard to more senior leadership positions as you develop your skills.

What You Will Be Doing

• Becoming an expert on your assigned topic each week
• Conducting a deep investigation to identify the root cause of each issue
• Producing a clearly written summary of the problem and proposed solution
• Working with C-suite executives to ensure that your work is impactful

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Focusing on your favorite part of the business - you’ll be expected to learn broadly across the organization
• Proposing generic solutions - you will need to dig deep and gain expertise to make detailed, informed recommendations
• Solving theoretical problems - you will work on the most pressing issues facing the company and have a direct impact on the bottom line

Data Analyst Key Responsibilities

• Identifying solutions to the company’s biggest challenges
• Documenting each challenge and proposed solution in detail

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field, such as business, math, science, etc.
• 5 - 10 years of work experience
• Strong written communication skills
