The Job:

  • Ensure success for important customers across their whole 12-24 month SaaS lifecycle 
  • You will serve as the escalation point for customer issues and feedback, ensuring it is relayed internally to assist in the product improvement
  • Lead entire lifecycle – from on-boarding to renewal 

About You:

  • 2+ years’ experience of SaaS Customer ideally working with large Chinese/ Singaporean enterprise clients
  • Experience in managing enterprise clients’ accounts and driving customer renewals 
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English and ideally Japanese/Korean
  • Comfortable in a start-up environment
