- Ensure success for important customers across their whole 12-24 month SaaS lifecycle
- You will serve as the escalation point for customer issues and feedback, ensuring it is relayed internally to assist in the product improvement
- Lead entire lifecycle – from on-boarding to renewal
- 2+ years’ experience of SaaS Customer ideally working with large Chinese/ Singaporean enterprise clients
- Experience in managing enterprise clients’ accounts and driving customer renewals
- Fluency in Mandarin and English and ideally Japanese/Korean
- Comfortable in a start-up environment
- Negotiable salary for the right candidate
