Responsibilities:

  • Create and monitor customer boards.
  • Ensure integration between the project management system and CRM.
  • Track customers needs to keep them updated/informed.
  • Ensure that all services and products are delivered as expected/agreed upon (quality and deadline).
  • Monitor internal communication between departments to ensure customer satisfaction and that problems are being addressed and resolved.
  • Schedule and lead customer meetings as needed.
  • Facilitate communication between the customer and Swine it.
  • Lead customer problem-solving.
  • Generate revenue: renewal, up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Prepare pre-onboarding checklists.
  • Ensure that customer feedback communications are being carried out and followed up (forms, meetings, emails, calls, etc.).
  • Submit performance reports.

Requirements:

  • English conversation and writing fluency.
  • Ability to develop in a dynamic environment, with the need to prioritize tasks to react on time to customer demands.
  • Excellent communication, verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to work independently, in a dynamic team, and with various projects at the same time.
  • Positive attitude focused on results, wanting to grow within the organization.
  • Be highly organized.
