Customer Service Representative - Project Based (100% Remote)

We are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative with at least 6 months experience in providing customer support.

This is for a project-based engagement with the possibility of extension.

What will you really do?

• Answering inquiries and complaints via phone or e-mail
• Assisting customers by responding to their questions
• Communicate effectively via phone calls and video calls with our customer
• Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner
• Giving the best solution based on details provided by the customer

Qualifications

• At least 6 months call center experience
• Strong command of the English Language both oral and written
• Must be highly trainable, pro-active, and has initiative
• Capable of working from home with strong internet connectivity.
• Open for a project-based engagement with a high possibility of extension
• Willing to start work immediately and on a graveyard shift
• Ability to work with international teams where team members are in different locations and belong to different cultures.
