Job Detail

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be working closely with our Users on TenderBoard’s platform. This role is primarily focused on engaging users on the platform to help them better understand and optimise TenderBoard’s features.

Job Responsibility

1. User Engagement and Support:

  • Engaging users via phone calls or meetings to provide demonstrations, trainings or support
  • Helping users to optimise their use of the platform
  • Providing customer support for any queries or clarifications they may have
  • Measuring user engagement to better understand customer journey and pain-points
  • Maintaining user database
  • Putting together documentation (e.g. self-help articles) for better support
  • Identifying potential users to invite to use the platform

Job Requirements

  • The experience and skill-set needed to be successful is at least 1 - 2 years of work experience
  • At least diploma/degree or equivalent experience
  • Well-spoken
  • Friendly and outgoing personality, enjoys engaging people
  • Digital Native (comfortable using digital tools, computers, systems)
  • Good listener and communicates well both verbally and in writing
  • Enjoys solving users’ problems
  • Experience in customer facing role is a plus
  • Familiarity with B2B Enterprise Software is a plus
