ABOUT THE JOB

GEM Corporation is hiring two (2) remote, part-time Customer Onboarding Specialists to work with a software client. The Customer Onboarding Specialist will facilitate the implementation process for new accounts. As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will educate new customers, help solve technical problems, and ensure smooth adoption of the software. 

The ideal candidate is energetic, experienced with software, passionate about helping customers, and excels in communication via video conference and email. Successful candidates will have the ability to quickly learn new technologies and communicate those concepts to customers with varying degrees of technical expertise. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Deliver 3-5 online training sessions per week for software customers in Europe and Asia on weekday afternoons (1:00 - 3:00 p.m, Monday to Friday) 
  • Communicate account setup requirements and expectations with customers
  • Educate customers on the software toolkit, capabilities, and best practices to simplify adoption and align expectations
  • Respond to customer inquiries during and after each session
  • Prepare and send post-attendance materials
  • Record customer implementation needs, requests, and questions and communicate to key stakeholders weekly
  • Improve and scale the software onboarding process

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Can deliver product training sessions via web conference software
  • Can research, troubleshoot and solve complex software issues
  • Had at least 6 months of customer service related experience for software or technology products
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese
  • Able to work at least 12 hours per week
