As owners of the largest online beauty media and marketplace in Singapore and Malaysia and Philippines, our client relationships are our top priority.

Beauty Insider is looking for a dedicated Client Servicing Manager who has a strong track record in understanding b2b customer needs with a view to nurture and grow existing and new long-term partnerships.

The candidate must have an excellent track record in managing and servicing multiple accounts and deliverables and should be able demonstrate that through their customer service and actions, they were able to increase customer retention and loyalty.

Objectives of this Role

·      Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns to ensure facilitation of various deliverables.

·      Ensuring smooth executions of all our clients campaigns by stipulated deadlines and smoothly

·      Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships

·      Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals

·      Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans for our clients and propose ideas and suggestions as required.

·      Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.

·      Managing our clients expectations, problem solving and provide service recovery as required.

·      Meet regularly and coordinate with all departments to ensure deadlines and expectations are met with client

·      Comfortable working with spreadsheets, audits, and other organizational software.

·      Communicating with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed

·      Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires

Skills and Qualifications

  • You have a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • Demonstrated success and achievements growing and maintaining customer b2b based relationships in a similar capacity.
  • Extremely passionate about delivering the highest quality of service to clients and representing a brand to the best of your ability.
  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously in a fas paced environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Exceptional time management skills with multiple projects simultaneously
  • Highly professional and articulate, with a genuine passion for the organisation
  • Energetic, outcome focussed and resilient with excellent team management skills
